SHIPPING WITHIN KENYA
Orders within Kenya are shipped via courier and typically arrive within 2–5 working days.
- Nairobi: 1–2 working days
- Major towns: 2–3 working days
- Remote areas: 3–5 working days
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. International orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days and typically arrive within:
- East Africa: 5–10 working days
- Rest of Africa: 7–14 working days
- Europe and UK: 10–14 working days
- USA and Canada: 10–17 working days
- Australia and Asia: 12–20 working days
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
PACKAGING
Prints are shipped rolled in protective tubes or flat-packed in rigid envelopes, depending on size. Originals are packed with extra care and may be crated.
Every order is insured against damage during transit.
TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it to track delivery directly with the courier.
DELAYS
Occasional delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. We will keep you informed.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve it and, if necessary, replace the item at no cost to you.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digital files are delivered instantly by email after payment confirmation. No physical shipping applies.
